In celebration of the upcoming Olympic Games, we are excited to introduce the first-ever Nova Gilded Aegis Olympics! From July 26 to August 11, join us for 16 days of thrilling events, coinciding with the 2024 Summer Olympics in France.

Event Lineup

Parkour

Details: 3 rounds, best average time wins.

Judging: A designated judge will timekeep and calculate averages.

Jousting

Details: Single elimination bracket tournament.

Objective: Defeat your opponent while on horseback.

PVP Tournament

Details: Double elimination format with a special event kit.

Objective: Battle it out until one player falls.

Fishing

Details: 3 timed rounds to catch the most fish.

Scoring: Best average score across all rounds wins.

Boat Racing

Details: Navigate an ice track with obstacles.

Objective: First to complete the lap wins.

Relay Racing

Details: Teams of three will pass a baton across the finish line.

Format: May be bracketed based on entries.

Maze Running

Details: Navigate a labyrinth.

Objective: First to find the exit wins.

Elytra Course

Details: Sky racing course.

Objective: Stay on course and be the first to finish.

Archery

Details: 4 rounds, increasing distances.

Scoring: Points based on target hits. Tiebreakers with a shoot-off.

Sumo

Details: Bracketed tournament.

Objective: Knock your opponent off the platform.

Tug of War

Details: Use fishing poles to pull opponents over the line.

Snowball Toss

Details: Knock down frames with snowballs.

Format: 4 rounds with increasing distances.

Build Battle

Details: Timed building event.

Judging: Panel scores each build.

Redstone Mechanic Battle

Details: Timed redstone contraption building.

Judging: Panel scores each build.

Spleef

Details: Break blocks to be the last one standing.

Trivia

Details: Challenging questions on various topics.

Scoring: Points awarded for correct answers.

Important Notes

Flying: Only allowed in building and flying events. Unauthorized flying will result in disqualification. Detailed rules on each event to be announced at a later time.

Prizes

Gold Medalists: Dragon Egg, Sell Wand (Uber Crate Edition), and 3 cosmetic crate keys.

Silver Medalists: Sell Wand and 3 cosmetic crate keys.

Bronze Medalists: 3 cosmetic crate keys.

For team wins, will each player will receive the prizes listed for their medal category
